Refund policy

For products purchased on www.baskafoods.com – items that expire sooner that 1 month from the date of purchase are not eligible for a refund.

For any other items to be eligible for a refund, the items need to be returned to Baska Foods within 7 calendar days of the delivery. If 7 days have gone by since the date of delivery, Baska Foods cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. Contact Baska Foods at contact@baskafoods.com for a free shipping label.

If products arrive damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact Baska Foods right away. A free replacement will be provided regardless of the delivered product’s expiration date.

The replacement of damaged, rotten or contaminated products shall be subject to Baska Foods’ rights to recall the products to send it for further analysis or testing.
