2 tablespoons Baska Foods Thandai Mix
200 ml milk (dairy based or dairy free)
1-2 teaspoons sugar, or as per taste
1 teaspoon gulkand (optional)
In a saucepan, add the milk, thandai mix, sugar and gulkand. Heat on low flame for 3-4 minutes. Keep stirring at intervals.
Remove from heat, cool it down and refrigerate for at least 5-7 hours.
Serve chilled! (If you prefer, strain before serving)
