The Dal Makhani Fondue Kit comes with:

  • Black Dal

  • Cheese

  • Garlic Coriander Naan (4 pieces)

Serves 3-4

To make Dal Makhani Fondue:

  • Heat the black dal in a pan and bring to a boil. Add some water if required for consistency.

  • Add 2 tablespoons butter and 2 tablespoons cream and simmer on low flame for 5 minutes.

  • Heat the naan in the oven or pan as per the instructions on the label. Once hot, cut into bite sized pieces.

  • Mix well and transfer the dal to a fondue pot or glass bowl. Top with a grated cheese.

  • Serve hot with naan bits. Dunk into the rich dal makhani and enjoy!
