Pesto Flatbread

Pesto Flatbread – one of the many creative ways you to make flatbreads. Add all your favourite toppings on a crisp base to make a yummy snack!

Yield: 1 flatbread

Ingredients:

1 Baska Foods Pizza Base

1/4 cup Baska Foods Basil Pesto

Sliced tomatoes / cherry tomatoes

Caramelised onions

Black olives

Feta cheese

Basil leaves / Baby spinach leaves

Pine nuts (optional)

Process:

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

On a pizza base, evenly spread the basil pesto.

Top with sliced tomatoes and caramelised onions.

Pop in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until crisp.

Remove from the oven and add black olive and feta cheese.

Garnish with basil or spinach leaves and pine nuts.

Cut into long triangles and enjoy crisp and warm!
